Every bit of legitimate scientific defense the man ever had has been stripped away by some hack of a judge! How this can even be allowed and tolerated is beyond my comprehension! This kind of situation would not be tolerated for even a second in any other aspect of criminal law! How can this man have any chance at fair and impartial due process when all the exculpatory evidence has been summarily excluded by the judge? Did that prosecutor get to hand-pick the judge just like he picked the “expert” who has labeled this man a SVP?
