The eyes ofthe law was at issue here inthis article: https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2021/02/22/clarence-thomas-dissent-election-cases/

It is rare for Justice Thomas to ad lib with loose rhetoric but he surely was addressing his leadership, or shall i say directly Justice n Chief John G. Roberts. Roberts sets the agenda for the U.S. Supreme Court because that is indeed the job of the position. Once again Roberts pregers a hands - off- liaise faire approach to the use of the database driven infrastructure. Given the fact Mr. Roberts persuasive argument in DOE03 won the day for the purveyors of that industry, and upheld the " people's " use of the machine to enslave human to subservience. Again in Michigan the courts refused to participate by granting cert. There can be no doubt Roberts played a role in declining putting it in the docket. For me that was strike 2 for him and his role implicit for strike 3 in the election case proves his loyalty the the big data purveyors and their overpowering the will of the people. I didnt vote for the Don in 2020 or 2016 and i think he's a jerk and arrogant, but the socialists still robbed him with mail in votes, which is the very point made by Justice Thomas.

Thomas is right The people deserve better than to let distrust foment.
