My name is Charles Brian Randall, from Asheville North Carolina and I am a registered sex offender, registered since last June. I had a out a dozen videos of minors in sexual acts, 3rd degree sexual exploition of minors. I’m currently on probation that may be extended due to being unable to pay my fines because of unemployment.

You job is to maintain State’s database. While it is an administrative position and as such is predominantly or ” mostly administrative duties” the description of the behavior required as a registered person nevertheless constitutes repetitive admin labor. Indeed! Judges duties are also mainly administrative and they are paid very well to perform those duties compelled by law.
Sex offenders on the other hand, are compelled by law to “help offset the costs” of the very expensive database driven administrative regime through their, speech, labor & fees. Pointedly, of the two, only one is subservient to the database machine. A Judge is free to give up the job at any time, but the sex offender is never free to relieve themselves of the duty by their own volition. That is called job security for the sex offender. For many it’s a life appointment. That is the power of the database.
