I recently attempted to travel to Kenya, which the matrix indicates rejects RSOs. Although they initially would have allowed me entry, I was sent back due to issues with US paperwork. Now, Kenya is requesting proof that I am allowed to leave the US. I had the necessary permission, but the Embassy was not updated for various reasons. However, Kenya still requires this proof. The problem is that all agencies have informed me that they do not provide such proof, as no one grants permission for RSOs to leave; it is a matter of compliance with the law. How can I obtain this proof that my Kenyan lawyer needs to present to the Kenyan government?

They've got big plans for the database. There are many types for different things. Mostly these DOJ\DOC\DPS databases are about imposing ( additional) affirmative restraint or disability and assisting law enforcement surveillance initiatives.

I got removed from the registry in December, 2022. In January 2023 I booked a cruise on Royal Caribbean but within a week I received an email saying I was not welcome to board any of their cruises and there was no explanation (although I was pretty sure I knew what it was.) I contacted the travel agent who booked the trip and I told her I was no longer on the registry, thinking perhaps they use an older database. After a few days I got an email saying essentially, "Once you're on a registry, you're never off," leading me to understand there is a Global Registry that all cruise lines are now using., and I will never be able to go on any cruises, even senior ones (I am 71.)

Part 2. After that disappointment, a few months later I tried booking an AirBNB within the US. Same story. Evidently they also use this global database to prevent anyone who was ever on the registry is never off, despite getting a judge to say you are.
