This is the title of my manuscript.

I think this manuscript will be an eye-opener for all the politicians that are proponents of the sex offender registry. I have compiled approximately 20 or 21 chapters of intensive research and I’d like to find out if there’s anyone who could help me publish this book.

In reply to Tim in WI. My name is Charles Brian Randall, from Asheville North Carolina and I am a registered sex offender, registered since last June. I had a out a dozen videos of minors in sexual acts, 3rd degree sexual exploition of minors. I'm currently on probation that may be extended due to being unable to pay my fines because of unemployment.

The Michigan Attorney General “Admitted!’ that registration is classified as punishment! Therefore it does violate: Ex Post Facto Law; Due Process; Equal Protection and Separation of powers act. So why is this unconstitutional law still on the books and why does society think this unconstitutional law is gonna save the public when the recidivism rates compared to other crimes is lower than all of them. The Fear tactics the Prosecutors and legislators and congressmen use on society to continue a state and federal SORA/SORNA registration act that is unconstitutional is fraudulent and corrupt violating their oaths and bonds against what injustice they are really doling out!

I think sorna is Bullshit, Murderers and drug dealers who kill people aren’t Classified or have to sign in for life do they, this violates the US constitutional:Due Process; Equal protection; and is an Ex Post Facto Law instituted contrary to Each and every State Constitution and especially the US Constitution…. So if the US constitution is the supreme law of the land What the Hell are law makers doing?? and what the Hell are Judges upholding? I’ve been under a Void Judgment form the issuance of this judgment over 27 years ago because of this, SORA/SORNA does not apply to me nor am I legally binding to these statutes, but the powers that be fail to set me free or correct their predessors Fuck up! Yeah, show me Justice in America when a Decorated Combat Veteran Can’t get relief from the government who screwed him and refuses to correct their errors!!

I appreciate finding this site, the insights of the writer and the extremely well informed views of respondents to this article. I am currently unable to find work, just got notified today that landlord won’t be renewing lease as of July 19th, 2025 and I and facing all these serious issues because when I was just 18 I was convicted in a sting operation of talking explicitly to a minor (14). I am 37 now. The entire situation was entrapment. No crime was actually committed, it was in essence pre-crime. A darling dream of the very technocrats in bed with law enforcement. This is not the first time I have experienced this, twice I have been taken in by loving friends and twice my presence in their apartments got them and their families including myself evicted. And since moving to a different state I have twice been told to leave (me and my girlfriend and her now 16 year old daughter) upon short notice to find another place to live. Each time landlords saying it’s something else but I KNOW what the real reason is. If anyone knows any one or and agency that can help me and my family I live in North Carolina. Not sure if anyone will see this but it’s worth as shot and at the very least I spoke my heart and mind. Email: jgwl1987@gmail.com

Your Rep in the US house Mark Harris spoke in support of An officer safety by data act in Congress yesterday.
During his comments Mark claimed many things about the necessity of the Act. He also claimed to be a preacher of the word. The people need to remind Mark he may not serve two masters. That fact comes straight from the Book of Mathew. Thus he should know better. His support of the bill has more to do with satisfying his big tech donors than serving the people of North Carolina of God. He is very bit as two tongued as Saxby Chambliss ( Georgia) was in his time. Big tech has proven incapable of providing safety to the people. Convenience yes but not safety. The people of North Carolina need to see through his faced and polished look and pay head to Mathew 6:24.

Mr. Tillis needs be told to find another job by the people of NC. It’s one thing to protest in DC and do some violence upon the oppressors but quite another to direct protests and violence against private parties who had little to do with the creating of oppression.
The attacks upon Mr. Musk’s cars and properties are a prime example of misplaced attacks by the progressive left. Mr Tillis’s(R-NC) rejection of The Don’ s nominee for the DC AG job is an example of RINOism getting in the way of those interested the restoration of constitutional discipline which has in part be over run by technocrats of database driven enterprise variety. A brief review of Mr. Tillis’s history reveals a stint with Wang laboratories (in Massachusetts) a GLOBAL database driven enterprise. It appears ( IMO) Mr. Tillis isn’t on board with the America First agenda. The people of NC need to be made aware of this fact. In the last presidential election Massachusetts went for the weakest candidate in American history. It’s beyond me why Mr. Durbin (IL) didn’t get the Ds nod after Biden. Too White and too Male, I presume. Obviously, he had Party seniority.
