How can they contact someone and initiate the communications and then arrest you for it. And it does not matter if you get convicted or not they already put your name out in the public accusing you of a crime they slander you and bad mouth you on tv, the newspaper, and on the internet. Your guilty before you get a chance to go to court. The damage to your reputation is already done. What happened to innocent until proven guilty?! Our criminal justice system is way out of control. Have you heard of any police being accused of online solicitation? They cover for their own kind. They are above the law and do as they please. Something has to change too many good people getting caught up in these phony stings. Know the facts before you condemn someone.

I never moved from my location and never had any intentions of going to Winchester VA. However because of that I lost a good federal job at Ft. Bragg with almost 20 years of uninterrupted service. My work revues and evaluations were always exceeds. I am now on the Sex Offender Registry because of that. I have neighbors that won’t talk to me because of my crime.
